Workload is generated by adding physical weights to the basket. One kilogram equals one kilopond. Available weight options (0.1, 0.5, and 1.0 kg) allow precise adjustments up to 11 kp.
The basket is released manually or via software, applying resistance exactly at the desired RPM. This ensures controlled conditions at test start – critical for anaerobic protocols.
No calibration is needed. The system provides true mechanical accuracy in every session.
